Heather E. O'Leary

Heather was admitted to the Idaho State Bar following her graduation, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Idaho, College of Law in May 2011 where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, she was an associate editor for the Idaho Law Review and co-president of the Women’s Law Caucus.
Since joining the firm in 2011, Heather has focused her practice primarily in real estate, trade secret, business, civil litigation and water law. She has represented parties in a variety of real estate transactions and land use matters such as construction, non-disclosure and breach of contract claims, zoning and easement issues. She also represents the Galena Ground Water District and has extensive experience with respect to water issues including ownership and place of use transfers as well as delivery conflicts
