We recently advised developer on its capital raise including private equity, construction loan and overall deal structure. Previously represented developer in obtaining entitlements for its 83-room luxury hotel including 12 residences and its acquisition and operation of the real property.
ONYX AT LEADVILLE RESIDENCES, KETCHUM, IDAHO
We recently advised owner/developer in the entitlements and sales of 8-unit condominium complex in Ketchum, Idaho.
QUIGLEY FARM ANNEXATION, HAILEY, IDAHO
We advised developer with respect to the annexation of 230 acres into the City of Hailey and subdivision for residential and limited business uses, including development of a new Peri-Urban Agriculture Overlay Zone to accommodate proposed uses.
COLORADO GULCH PRESERVE ANNEXATION, HAILEY, IDAHO
We advised developer with respect to annexation of 35-acre parcel into Hailey and subdivision into 36 residential lots, with subsequent reduction in density and conveyance of a portion of the annexed property to the Wood River Land Trust for open space.
LIMELIGHT HOTEL / 151 SOUTH MAIN HOTEL & RESIDENCE, KETCHUM, IDAHO
We advised owner/developer with respect to entitlements for hotel and residential condominium development, including Ketchum Urban Renewal Agency reimbursements and sell out of all residential condominiums
WARM SPRINGS RANCH RESORT, KETCHUM, IDAHO
We advised owner and developer in connection with obtaining entitlements for its resort development including annexation and conditional use permit for planned unit development which included a hotel, condominiums and estate lots.
CAMPION ICE HOUSE, HAILEY, IDAHO
Represented not-for-profit operator on a pro bono basis to lease property from the City of Hailey, obtain donations, and design and construct state of the art ice arena in Hailey, Idaho.
SWEETWATER PUD, HAILEY, IDAHO
We represented the owner and developer in entitlements for a 421-unit residential development in Hailey, Idaho.
RIVER'S EDGE APARTMENTS, COEUR D'ALENE, IDAHO
We represented owner and developer in securing entitlements for 650-unit apartment complex on the Spokane River, including special use permit.
GOLDEN EAGLE RANCH, BLAINE COUNTY, IDAHO
We advised owner and developer in connection with the land acquisition and entitlement of the project, including all approvals for phased development of a residential planned unit development.
