Mac is an attorney at LLC who thrives on variety in his practice.  His practice spans multiple areas including appellate, litigation, real estate, homeowners’ associations, business, construction and matters before administrative and regulatory agencies.  In so doing, he helps his clients navigate matters ranging complex litigation to simple legal interpretation and everything in between.  This means Mac regularly represents his clients in both magistrate and district court, public meetings, and administrative and regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining LLC, Mac spent several years as an Ada County Deputy Prosecutor in the Idaho Magistrate, Juvenile and Felony state courts.  During that time, Mac personally handled dozens of Jury Trials from start to finish, ranging from DUI, drug trafficking offenses and crimes of violence.  Further, he handled countless motion hearings up to the appellate court. This experience gives him a unique ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of case from its inception to help his clients pursue the best possible resolution.
